As Tarhan İnşaat, we are realizing VİVA BİEN in Maltepe Aydınevler, one of the fastest developing regions of Istanbul, 600 m away from E-5. Our project is being implemented right next to the newly built Marmara University main campus. The demand that Marmara University, consisting of 75,000 students and 4,000 academic staff, will create in the region makes VİVA BIEN an important living space and investment opportunity.
