Having completed his primary and secondary education at TED Karabük College, Çepni graduated from Gazi University, Department of Economics. As Aydınlı İnşaat Deputy General Manager, he managed both the development and all sales and marketing operations of Solarkent, KoruFlorya, Vadistanbul and Vadipark Seyrantepe projects. Çepni, who has been a member of the Executive Board and Board of Directors of the Vadistanbul Project, which is Turkey's mega project with a global scale and awareness, for 5 years; He coordinated the concept development of the project, the establishment of the entire sales team, and the creation of marketing strategies by being at the beginning of the project from the signing of the contract. Çepni, who is also in the management of the lease of Koruflorya AVM and Vadistanbul AVM, became a Member of the Executive Board and Deputy General Manager responsible for Sales and Marketing at Ege Yapı in January 2018.

During his duty at Ege Yapı; Batışehir, Kordon İstanbul, Çamlıyaka Konakları and 150-year-old historical buildings built by Ege Yapı instead of Cer Ateliers, which were the historical train maintenance workshops of the Ottoman Empire; He managed the sales and marketing of the Cer Istanbul project, a very special project that was transformed into Hotel and Loft apartments with restoration and revived.

After working at Ege Yapı for 2 years, he moved to the side of real estate sales to foreigners, which he believed would be more efficient in line with the developing trend in the sector. In January 2020; He started to work as the CEO of Hashim Gayrimenkul, which is one of the most active agencies in Turkey with its stand at the new Istanbul Airport in the sale of real estate to foreigners. Çepni also took part in the board of directors of IP Proje Pazarlama, the company that manages the foreign sales of the group's real estate projects, and brought new projects to the group, and took part in the team that manages the foreign sales processes in 8 projects of the group.

Having diversified his experience in the real estate sector, which he has strengthened with mega projects, with his experience in this operation, Çepni ended his professional management career and continued his career as the managing partner of Nestinvest Proje Pazarlama A.Ş.

As Nestinvest, he managed both domestic and foreign sales processes of Seba Nest Kağıthane, Ferko İnşaat's Ferkoline, Boss4 Gayrimenkul's Alya Bahçe, Eroğlu Gayrimenkul's Harmony Towers projects. He made all the goodwill and sales planning. He managed the whole process from generating the idea of the entire transformation process of the office block in the Ferkoline project to the determination of new flat types.

At the beginning of 2023, he continues to create added value in the real estate sector by making a new start in the sector as the Chairman of the Board of Gate Investment.
